It might be the "Mini Masters", but this is a very big event in the lives of these young and future stars of South African golf. The Western Province Mini Masters has been won 4 times by Trevor Immelman and many more players that are professional players today. The Tournament was played at Mowbray Golf Club and run by the Western Province PGA and WP Junior Foundation.

The first ever PGA Girls Championship was also played at Mowbray Golf Club today. 31 Girls teed it up and it is very good to see the talent coming through. Seyoung Chun with a 73 gross was the winner.
